Job description

Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
• Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
• Ability to travel for client meetings and training, as needed.
Preferred qualifications:
• Experience building trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives, and managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders.
• Experience with Google Ad Solutions, expertise in video advertising (AI-powered Performance and Video, CTV) and understanding of competitor landscape across traditional and digital media advertising.
• Ability to promote/propose creative technologies across a landscape of various decision makers.
• Ability to develop joint business plans in complex, ambiguous environments, influence/collaborate across organizations, and drive business success for the customer and Google.
• Strong strategic and tactical thinking skills, systems thinking, and the ability to align strategies to deliver customer business outcomes.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $138000 - $200000 (USD) + 60% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
• Hit business goals collaboratively by partnering with advanced performance advertisers and an internal team of Account Managers, Analytical Leads, and Product Specialists.
• Develop trusted consultant, senior-level relationships across clients' leadership to manage stakeholders and optimize their advertising and business outcomes.
• Generate and operationalize joint business plans and total opportunity to maximize mutual business impact through defined strategies and growth.
• Develop scalable, leading-edge solutions utilizing Google AI and state-of-the-art measurement while adapting to ongoing product, technology, and platform evolution.
• Manage cross-product projects, focusing on performance strategies for midsize clients end-to-end while closing YouTube performance and brand deals.
