• 2 years of experience with advertising sales, business development, online media environment, or sales-oriented marketing roles.
Preferred qualifications:
• Experience competitively selling Google’s full suite—specifically YouTube.
• Product expertise or existing knowledge of Google’s advertising products & solutions.
• Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize, plan and organize sales activities to meet customer goals.
• Team player, solution-oriented attitude, and excellent communication skills.
• Independent, comfortable with ambiguity, curious, and resilient.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $88000 - $124000 (USD) + 35% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
• Utilize effective questioning and listening during check-ins to continuously uncover priorities, and track changing business needs and challenges. Connect deep product knowledge with specific business priorities, resulting in highly relevant, data-driven recommendations that create measurable impact.
• Build and manage relationships with clients, and develop an understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
• Work proactively and cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time to a high standard.
• Plan for, and achieve, business growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.
• Develop forward thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.
