• 3 years of administrative experience in an international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $128000 - $137000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
• Perform an array of administrative tasks (manage calendars, book travel, and schedule facilities and equipment).
• Think strategically and prioritize often engaging tasks with strong organizational skills.
• Plan, manage and execute events for team events (digital and in person), all together, leadership forums and other celebrations and milestones.
• Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help define new operational strategies with the executives and the teams they manage, as well as within the DeepMind admin community.
• Lead or co-lead projects and initiatives of different magnitudes.
