Job description

This Fixed-Term Contract is effective immediately through March 2028 (18 months), with the position located in Germany.
Note: By applying to this position you will have an opportunity to share your preferred working location from the following: Hamburg, Germany; Berlin, Germany; Frankfurt am Main, Germany; Munich, Germany . Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in media analytics, consulting, data analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, or financial analysis.
Preferred qualifications:
• Experience in translating data into business recommendations, creating and delivering appealing insights-based presentations or business cases with clear recommendations and aligned with customers objectives.
• Experience in data analyses and visualization (Google Sheets and Slides), scripting (Google SQL), Dashboard development (Looker Studio), and leveraging AI for analytics.
• Advertising experience from either the advertiser, agency or other media owner side.
• Experience and ability to work closely with multiple stakeholder and cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders (internally and externally) across all levels.
• Ability to communicate in German fluently in order to support a client-facing role.

Germany: €98000 - €100000 (EUR) + 40% bonus target

Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive bespoke analyses for our high-priority customers to uncover hidden opportunities to optimize their online advertising Return on Investment (ROI).
• Consult with clients as a consultant, clearly presenting data-driven insights and recommendations that align with their business goals. Develop compelling insights and narratives to influence client.
• Streamline processes and leverages AI to deliver insights at scale, efficiently.
• Work seamlessly with teams and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes for clients (e.g., measurement specialists).
• Empower internal stakeholders and clients by democratizing insights and by delivering training and guidance on interpreting insights from data.
