• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, financial analytics, finance, or management consulting.
• 5 years of experience in SQL (multi-table joins, window functions, CTEs) on datasets, and experience communicating technical insights to business leaders.
• 5 years of experience partnering with internal business/sales teams to influence and drive business strategy.
Preferred qualifications:
• 6 years of experience in technical consulting on supporting large enterprise customers with high service-level objective and service-level agreement requirements.
• Experience with YouTube, Digital Advertising, Music and Media, or other related domains.
• Experience using AI/agentic tooling and implementing them into workflows for code generation and data analytics.
About the job
As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for the technical relationship of our largest advertising clients and/or product partners. You will lead cross-functional teams in Engineering, Sales and Product Management to leverage emerging technologies for our external clients/partners. From concept design and testing to data analysis and support, you will oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's online advertising platforms and/or product partnerships.
You will be able to balance business and partner needs with technical constraints, develop innovative, cutting edge solutions and act as a partner and consultant to those you are working with. You will also be able to build tools and automate products, oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's partnerships, as well as develop product strategy and prioritize projects and resources.
The YouTube Business Go-To-Market team is responsible for driving all go-to-market functions for YouTube, including strategy and business operations, analytics and data science, partnership enablement, and product activation. The team shapes go-to-market priorities to accelerate growth and resource the business accordingly, enhancing skills and capabilities to support execution of business priorities, driving efficiency across business operations, and building excellent infrastructure and tooling. This team combines strategic, operational, and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done and drive change across a global organization.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $152000 - $221000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
• Build and productionalize models decomposing business growth drivers for music label partners to help identify headwinds and advise on forward-looking estimates.
• Design and implement diagnostic frameworks and automated alerting to proactively identify partner performance trends, operational anomalies, and business generation variances.
• Develop investigative frameworks and scenario models to evaluate partner agreement economics, commercial structures, and product-level monetization impact to support business development during strategic negotiations.
• Architect, optimize, and govern standardized data models and complex SQL queries across massive multi-dimensional datasets to establish single-source-of-truth partner metrics.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business development and GTM leadership by synthesizing multi-source data findings into actionable narratives and advocating data literacy and self-service AI tool adoption.
