Job Description
The Business Development Director is responsible for developing new business opportunities with new and existing clients. Your primary focus is finding, scoping, estimating, and closing new business using a highly collaborative, solution selling approach and a comprehensive sales methodology.

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Identification of business pain points and objectives</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Using Salesforce ecosystem, data and strategy service capabilities and come up with solutions to address pain points</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Accessing multiple buyers</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Building proposals, RFP's, & Statements of Work</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Leading and delivering sales presentations (when appropriate)</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Work with clients through procurement</li>

Required Skills
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">5-7+ years in a professional services sales environment managing complex sales with multiple stakeholder groups/organizations</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Deep expertise in at least three of the following:

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Service selling</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Technology sales</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Navigating deals larger than $1M</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Formal sales methodology</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Large account management best practices</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Hands-on experience with CRM software products would be a strong asset</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to interact with a customer’s executives and demonstrate strategic understanding of business needs</li>
