Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in data modeling, developing data sets, or creating data visualizations.
• Experience writing SQL queries and utilizing BigQuery.
• Experience using BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI to create visualizations and dashboards.
• Experience in project management and presenting analyses to leadership or senior stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
• MBA, Master's degree, or advanced degree in a technical or scientific field of study.
• Experience supporting data-driven sales operations, consulting, or program management and strategic cross-functional BI initiatives in a cloud business.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Go, JavaScript, or HTML for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.
• Proficiency in cloud-based data platforms and related BI services.
• Familiarity with statistical modeling, machine learning, or data mining techniques.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

As a Business Intelligence Analyst in Cloud Support, you will play a key role in building, maintaining, and securing high-quality, single-source-of-truth (SSOT) data systems. Sitting at the intersection of data developing, business operations, and analytics, you will collaborate with other BI analysts, developers, and program managers to design metrics, automate workflows, and create advanced Looker dashboards with AI enablement to drive customer experience and operational efficiency.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Canada: $122000 - $125000 (CAD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
• Partner with Cloud Support operations and leadership teams to define and gather requirements for translating support strategy into BI requirements, building and supporting multi-year roadmaps.
• Develop robust data infrastructure, which includes building SQL scripts, creating data sets, crafting analytical models, and designing user-friendly dashboards.
• Transform raw data into actionable insights by developing data models, data marts, and automating reporting processes to provide leadership with a clear picture of key business and process performance.
• Lead assigned projects from conceptualization to delivery and ensure your data solutions offer relevant, high-quality data and insights to propel the growth of the business.
