This role will </span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW190453793 BCX0">be responsible for</span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW190453793 BCX0"> publishing, </span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW190453793 BCX0">maintaining</span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW190453793 BCX0">, and managing event-level data for StubHub’s event & venue map catalogs </span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW190453793 BCX0">in accordance with</span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW190453793 BCX0"> the sports, music, & entertainment landscape. <div><strong>This Full-Time position may require weekend, holiday, daytime, and/or evening hours. </strong></div>

<div><strong>This role will begin as in-office 5 days per week for the first 3-6 months and then will shift to in-office 3 days per week to ensure cross-functional collaboration. </strong></div>

<div><strong>What You'll Do:<br></strong>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Manage a queue of work by responding quickly to all inquiries, reports, and requests being made by top customers.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335551550":6,"335551620":6,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Handle requests for site changes in addition to updating the catalog data when necessary – fix and troubleshoot issues that arise.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335551550":6,"335551620":6,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Perform detailed research to understand how events are set up including date, time, venues, ticket types, who is performing, venue map layouts, and other pertinent information.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335551550":6,"335551620":6,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Partner with our Supply and Product teams to meet service levels, enhance tools, and increase speed and efficiency.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335551550":6,"335551620":6,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Look for opportunities to improve internal processes that support both buyers and sellers.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335551550":6,"335551620":6,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Support other functions where necessary to deliver a great ticket buying and selling experience.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335551550":6,"335551620":6,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
