• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.
Preferred qualifications:
• Deep experience in marketing analytics, combined with a strong understanding of data infrastructures and advanced AI solutions.
• Foundational knowledge of the advertising industry allowing you to perfectly contextualize technical strategies within the broader media landscape.
• Proven ability to navigate complex, changing environments, utilizing time-management and prioritization skills.
• Exceptional oral, written and presentation skills, with a proven ability to translate data into compelling narratives.
• A powerful track record of partnering closely with Sales and cross-functional teams, acting as the bridge to influence stakeholders.
• A highly proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, paired with the foresight to anticipate client needs.

As a Data Transformation Lead, you will take accountability for measurement solution design and secure stakeholder commitment to key data integration capabilities by owning the overarching narrative across all organizational levels. In this role, you establish modern analytical foundations that drive media performance and accelerate AI innovation through initiatives including offline infrastructure, creative business applications, and predictive bidding.
Embedded within the Data, Measurement and Analytics Team—the architects of measurable growth for Large Customer Sales (LCS) driven by the core principle of "Data Strength"—you operate as an expert systems designer and technical storyteller. The team optimizes enterprise pipelines and deploys Google's advanced processes to ingest true economic outcomes directly into our platforms. By enhancing optimization, the group transforms complex ad spend into undeniable business results, steering partners toward enduring success.Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. US: $108000 - $154000 (USD) + 40% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
• Guide data infrastructure modernization and accelerate customer adoption of key Artificial Intelligence (AI) features, guiding clients from diagnosing industry-specific issues to the full, active implementation of Google's advanced solutions to unlock long-term growth.
• Ensure clients extract maximum value from our data integration and AI platforms by seamlessly operationalizing custom solutions and unlocking their most advanced capabilities.
• Serve as a trusted retail industry expert, forging strong, collaborative relationships and elevating the technical knowledge of key stakeholders across Google, our partner network, and client teams.
• Act as the definitive thought leader and go-to resource for durable data integration strategies, reliable measurement frameworks, and platform architecture.
