</div>About The Role 
The Deal Desk Sr Manager owns the operational, analytical, and process behind Atlas's deal solutioning. Reporting to the VP, Growth, you'll own pricing execution, solutioning live deals, monthly solutioning improvements, and becoming Atlas's resident expert on pricing structuring mechanics and deal compliance process. This is a senior individual contributor role, built to carry manager-level scope because it's building a function that doesn't exist today. You’re building the initial deal desk at Atlas. Your goal is to remove the back-and-forth on deals, know Atlas HXM's deal structure playbook cold, and support the Sales Team on winning deals.
