• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in marketing across growth marketing, product marketing, partner marketing, or social media.
• Experience executing co-marketing campaigns, partner activations, or go-to-market (GTM) programs with external partners.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects.
Preferred qualifications:
• Experience running advocate, influencer, social media, or affiliate marketing programs.
• Experience in the cloud, B2B SaaS, or technology sector.
• Experience analyzing marketing metrics and tracking return on investment (ROI).
• Strong investigative capabilities with experience using AI tools to streamline marketing workflows.
• Excellent communication, cross-functional leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

The Digital Partner Marketing team is a key growth engine for Google Cloud, Google Workspace, and Gemini. We leverage strategic partnerships with leading global brands and technology companies to drive user acquisition and brand awareness at scale. Operating at the intersection of marketing and business development, we blend creative storytelling with data-backed execution to deliver high-impact co-marketing campaigns. We also prioritize the adoption of AI tools to accelerate marketing workflows and efficiency.
As a Digital Partner Marketing Manager, you will own the strategy, execution, and impact of our partner advocacy and social media initiatives. You will build and scale our partner advocacy program from the ground up and lead high-impact co-marketing campaigns with prominent online resellers and integrated brand partners to drive Gemini adoption and awareness across small and medium-sized businesses.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $116000 - $166000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
• Build and scale partner advocacy and social media programs to amplify Gemini messaging through trusted partner voices and influencers.
• Lead high-impact, full-funnel co-marketing campaigns with global consumer and B2B brands to drive visibility and acquisition.
• Drive go-to-market (GTM) strategy for key digital reseller partners to accelerate Gemini adoption.
• Develop scalable partner enablement resources, including self-serve playbooks, campaign-in-a-box toolkits, and nurture tracks.
• Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycles, including budget allocation, performance tracking, AI workflow integration, and cross-functional launch readiness.
