</div>About the Role 
We are seeking an Employee Relationship Consultant to join our global HR operations team. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality HR support across a defined region, with a focus on complex case management, compliance guidance, and employee lifecycle support. 
As part of our HR service delivery model, this position operates as an advanced individual contributor, supporting escalated and non-routine HR matters that require deeper expertise and judgment. The role partners closely with Shared Services and the Payroll, Benefits, and Legal teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely resolution of HR issues. 
This is a regionally aligned role that requires a strong understanding of local employment practices and language proficiency relevant to the supported geography, which includes the UK and the Nordics region.
