Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• Experience in technical leadership, leading project teams, and setting technical direction.
Preferred qualifications:
• Master's degree or PhD in related field.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $207000 - $300000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
• Guide, mentor, and support a team of software engineers, fostering career growth and professional development. Foster a supportive, innovative, and collaborative team environment. Attract, hire, and onboard top engineering talent to grow the team.
• Refine development workflows to facilitate seamless collaboration and guide technical directions. Uphold software engineering best practices to build high-performing, scalable, and maintainable systems while continuously improving operational workflows.
• Equip the team with necessary tooling and processes for smooth execution. Craft strategic long-term roadmaps and visions aligned with overall organizational objectives.
• Drive full end-to-end program delivery, from initial planning through release. Partner with cross-functional and cross-organizational stakeholders to establish scope, define key milestones, assign resources, mitigate risks, and communicate progress.
• Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with key partner teams.
