<li>Calendar and Schedule Management: Manage calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel for multiple stakeholders. Prioritize tasks and ensure smooth workflow.</li>
<li>Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare for meetings, take notes, and distribute action items. Manage logistics and ensure smooth execution.</li>
<li>Travel Arrangements: Book flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements for the executive and team. Manage travel budgets and documentation.</li>
<li>Expense Handling: Process expense reports for multiple stakeholders.Track and monitor expenses against budgets.</li>
<li>Time zones: Manage communication and collaboration across time zones. Provide administrative and logistical support to colleagues in distributed time zones.</li>
<li>Communication channels: Utilizing asynchronous communication tools and setting clear expectations with colleagues in other regions would be crucial for seamless collaboration outside of your direct overlap hours.</li>
<li>Work model: hybrid, with 3 to 4 in-office days per week in New York. Flexible working hours are needed to collaborate with professionals in various time zones.</li>
