This role will build trusted relationships with federal executives and build company partnerships to shape opportunities and lead the full business development and capture lifecycle—from account planning and pipeline development through proposal submission, award, and transition to delivery. 
The Director will position Attain Partners’ capabilities across the federal grants lifecycle, including program strategy and design, pre-award and post-award operations, recipient monitoring, risk and compliance, technical assistance, closeout, data and analytics, organizational change, and grants technology modernization. Working closely with practice leaders, subject-matter experts, delivery teams, contracts, and marketing, this individual will translate agency priorities into differentiated solutions that improve program outcomes, stewardship, and the customer and recipient experience.
