This role owns account development, pipeline, capture, proposals, and the transition of awarded work to delivery.
Working with Salesforce, practice leaders, and delivery teams, the Sales Executive will shape solutions spanning advisory, implementation, integration, data, analytics, AI, change management, and managed services.
<h1 style="line-height: 1.5;">Required Skills</h1>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated success selling Salesforce consulting, implementation, integration, or managed services to U.S. federal agencies.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong knowledge of Salesforce Government Cloud, Public Sector Solutions, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, MuleSoft, Tableau, Data Cloud, OmniStudio, and Agentforce.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Established ability to build relationships with federal executives, CIO organizations, acquisition professionals, Salesforce account teams, and industry partners.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience developing account strategies, qualifying opportunities, shaping requirements, and maintaining an accurate pipeline and forecast.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience leading federal capture and proposals, including win strategy, teaming, solution development, pricing coordination, and proposal strategy.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to explain the mission value of cloud modernization, integration, automation, data, analytics, and AI to executive and technical audiences.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Understanding of federal cloud security and compliance, including FedRAMP and agency authorization processes.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong executive communication, negotiation, collaboration, and presentation skills.</li>
</ul>
<h1>Desired Skills</h1>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Relationships within federal civilian, defense, or national security agencies with active or emerging Salesforce programs.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience developing joint account plans and go-to-market campaigns with Salesforce federal teams.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Knowledge of public-sector use cases such as constituent service, case management, contact centers, grants, regulatory programs, and workforce services.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience positioning Salesforce integrations, data platforms, analytics, automation, and AI in secure government environments.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Knowledge of federal contract vehicles, Shipley capture practices, partner ecosystems, and relevant Salesforce certifications or credentials.</li>
</ul>
<h1>Years of Experience</h1>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Minimum of 7 years in federal business development, sales, capture, alliance management, or account management.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Minimum of 3 years selling Salesforce solutions or Salesforce-related professional services.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; prior consulting or systems-integration experience is preferred.</li>
</ul>
