The Fulfillment Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the accurate and timely picking, packing, and preparation of orders during their assigned shift. Working in a cold production environment, this role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to effectively lead and communicate with a bilingual team (English and Spanish). The Fulfillment Supervisor will utilize technology such as Tableau, Google Sheets and communication tools (Slack, Geneva, Gmail) to monitor operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Supervise pick-and-pack operations, ensuring all orders are accurately fulfilled and meet quality standards</li>
<li>Monitor order progress to ensure timely completion during the assigned shift</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise</li>
<li>Provide clear instructions and guidance to team members to optimize performance</li>
<li>Address team member concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary</li>
<li>Train team members on cold storage best practices and safety guidelines</li>
<li>Track and document order progress and team performance metrics using Tableau and Google Sheets</li>
<li>Communicate with other teams and management using Slack, Geneva, and Gmail</li>
<li>Prepare end-of-shift reports detailing key metrics, issues, and resolutions</li>
<li>Enforce adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), with a focus on Pick and Pack, Inventory Counting, and Scheduling/Labor Utilization</li>
<li>Ensure all orders meet company quality standards before dispatch</li>
<li>Operate a pallet jack to move product as needed</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bilingual (English and Spanish): Fluency in both languages is required, no exceptions.</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics role.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Google Sheets and familiarity with communication tools like Slack, Geneva, and Gmail.</li>
<li>Ability to work in a cold production environment.</li>
<li>Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a physically demanding environment.</li>
<li>Ability to push and pull up to 200 lbs.</li>
<li>Strong ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.</li>
<li>High level of accuracy in monitoring operations and fulfilling orders.</li>
<li>To maintain a safe, productive, and drug-free workplace, employees may be subject to periodic drug and alcohol testing based on reasonable suspicion or following on-the-job accidents or safety violations, in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.</li>
