Job description

Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience with data analytics and pipelines, generating data-backed insights from internal systems and tools to inform business planning.
• Experience designing and building reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders leveraging Google solutions (e.g., business intelligence platform).
Preferred qualifications:
• Experience creating, customising and sharing audience specific business decision dashboards.
• Experience designing and implementing notification systems for users to drive intended behavior set to accelerate desired actions/outcomes.
• Strong proficiency in SQL is desired, candidates should be able to query and join on log-level data across disparate datasets.
• Proven track record of being able to delight users and find resourceful yet sustainable solutions to improve the user experience.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders from junior to Executive (Director and VP) levels.
• Building and managing automated pipelines for data transformation and reporting tasks.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Ireland: €110000 - €112000 (EUR) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
• Evaluate current user experiences for inefficiencies and areas of DSAT. Develop a strategy to optimize existing user journeys and trailblazing new journey pathways, working with technical and business stakeholders to take this solution off of paper and bring it to life.
• Understand what information Managers, and Executives (Directors and VPs) need and the respective reporting necessary to make data-driven decisions within their projects and books of business. Bonus if you have data pipeline experience.
• Help us devise a strategy cross-gUP to ensure any disparate systems and tools can be optimized for maximum coverage from cradle-to-grave of work (project) requests
• Be able to successfully market and campaign ideas cross-organizations within a wide range of stakeholders (L3 - VP) to drive user adoption of new features, tools, and reports. Specialist in communications and stakeholder management.
