• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, or 13 years with advanced degree.
• Experience in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
• Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across multiple levels of management.
• Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
Preferred qualifications:
• MBA or Master's degree in a related field.
• Expertise in structuring complex deals, negotiating terms, and managing the entire partnership life-cycle from ideation to launch and beyond.
• Extensive experience leading and managing large, complex partnership initiatives that have significantly influenced market dynamics and driven substantial business growth.
• Deep understanding of the [relevant industry/vertical/market] landscape, including emerging trends, competitive forces, and disruptive technologies.
• Proven ability to identify, develop, and execute innovative partnership strategies that create new business opportunities and drive competitive advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills, with experience building consensus and driving alignment across stakeholders.

As the Head of AdMob Partnerships, North America, you will create the overarching goal and business development strategy for a dynamic, fast-growing apps and gaming portfolio. You will lead, inspire, and enable a high-performing team of strategic partner managers to unlock long-term business success for our partners and for Google.
In this high-impact, forward-facing executive role responsible for driving North American Sellside monetization, cultivating C-level publisher relationships, capturing emerging mobile vertical trends to ensure AdMob is the developer platform of choice.The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $224000 - $311000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of senior Strategic Partner Managers and Leads, fostering a culture of high-performance and continuous professional development.
• Drive the overarching business strategy for the North American app developer ecosystem and lead negotiations for high-stakes, multi-year partnership agreements with publishers.
• Develop go-to-market strategies for emerging app verticals, including AI-driven utilities, hybrid gaming, and micro-dramas and more and synthesize market trends into actionable insights to maintain a competitive edge in the NA market.
• Advocate for ecosystem health by ensuring partners adhere to high standards of ad quality and policy compliance and build trust with executive-level partners through transparency and a commitment to long-term mutual success.
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to influence the development of next-generation monetization product features.
