• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
• 5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
• 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
• MBA degree.
• Experience in identifying, planning and leading initiatives to improve global efficiencies and unlock opportunities.
• Knowledge of Google’s or industry leading extended workforce management or service operations as well as the customer and engaged contexts in which they operate.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, multiple projects with a broad range of executive internal or external stakeholders simultaneously.
• Demonstrated track record of thinking and creative problem-solving with the ability to lead complex operational and initiatives with operational pragmatism.
About the job
In this role, you will join a group working closely with Extended Workforce Solutions (xWS) VP, Leads, and Alphabet executives on their most critical priorities. Guiding a high-performing international sub-unit, you will partner with Managing Directors in gTech to establish implementation mechanisms across the enterprise.
xWS provides proactive governance enabling One-Alphabet excellence in supplier oversight. At the center of prioritization, your mission involves transforming and protecting Google by future-proofing against vulnerability, designing for emerging AI use cases, and maintaining responsible vendor partnerships.
To deliver scalable, cost-effective solutions, your direct reports address ambiguous, high-visibility tests. By sharing systematic insights, you will improve serviceability and empower Product Areas to manage contingent talent at velocity, with high quality, and within institutional risk appetite.
You will navigate intricate issues and lead courageously, comfortably switching from deep problem-solving and change management to driving alignment on worldwide initiatives. Finally, you will bring a proven ability to operate across multiple countries alongside genuine passion for technical innovation, commercial design, and proactive threat mitigation.The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $234000 - $325000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
• Serve as a thought partner to 2 of the core leads of the Extended Workforce Solutions Leadership, advising on directions, organizational structures, operating models, and execution levers.
• Lead, empower, and enable the team by setting clear plans and goals, providing oversight, fostering collaboration, and removing roadblocks to execution.
• Engage and liaise frequently with executive leaders across Extended Workforce Solutions, Product Area leadership, Global Procurement Organization, Finance, Sales, and Marketing in building alignment for initiatives and landing complex changes across teams and organization.
• Facilitate well-run operations through regular reviews focusing on the right set of success metrics and identifying ongoing opportunities for improvement.
