Job description

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management.
• Experience contributing to AI-based feature development.
• Experience managing a team as a People Manager.
Preferred qualifications:
• 10 years of experience delivering complex, cross-functional technical projects and programs with multiple stakeholders in a changing environment.
• 8 years of experience managing cross-functional/team projects.
• Experience coordinating legal, risk, privacy and compliance for external (user-facing) launches.
• Proven experience in navigating ambiguity, identifying and mitigating risks, and managing dependencies.
• Good understanding of large language models, with knowledge of multi-turn conversations or model behavior.
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to audiences, both technical and nontechnical, including executive leadership.

You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. You're equally at home explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical trade-offs in product development with engineers.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $192000 - $278000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
• Define, own, and drive governance and execution for complex, ambiguous programs critical to gTech Users and Products (gUP). Lead the end-to-end lifecycle from concept and technical feasibility to global deployment and optimization.
• Influence and align product leadership and key stakeholders across gUP and partner organizations on program goals, priorities, resource allocation, and technical direction.
• Navigate the evolving Generative AI landscape to anticipate technical blockers, manage dependencies, and ensure scalable conversational AI architectures.
• Drive significant improvements in organizational effectiveness, team processes, and cross-functional collaboration, establishing best practices.
• Lead, mentor and grow Technical Program Managers (TPMs) and team members, fostering excellence and a deep understanding of technical program management within gUP Technical Solutions and Insights (TSI).
