<p><strong>Location:</strong> Abu Dhabi, UAE.<br><strong>Years of Experience:</strong> 2-4 years.<br><strong>Working Arrangement: </strong>on-site.<br><strong>Language Requirements: </strong>Fluency in English (written and spoken).<br><br></p>

<p class="PDq2pG_selectionAnchorContainer" data-start="50" data-end="378">We are seeking an experienced <strong data-start="80" data-end="118">Maintenance Technician – Elevators</strong> to support the maintenance of elevator systems. The role requires practical experience working with elevators, with preference given to candidates with experience in <strong data-start="348" data-end="377">rack and pinion elevators</strong>.</p>
<h2 data-section-id="g7p6ny" data-start="380" data-end="399">Key Requirements</h2>
<ul data-start="401" data-end="596">
<li data-section-id="bxtapr" data-start="401" data-end="461"><strong data-start="403" data-end="430">2–4 years of experience</strong>.</li>
<li data-section-id="15hrx64" data-start="462" data-end="512">Hands-on experience in <strong data-start="487" data-end="511">elevator maintenance</strong>.</li>
<li data-section-id="ya58x" data-start="513" data-end="596">Practical knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systems related to elevators.</li>
<li data-section-id="ya58x" data-start="513" data-end="596"><strong data-start="721" data-end="770">Technical Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical</strong> discipline.</li>
</ul>
<h2 data-section-id="1a9n6ci" data-start="598" data-end="625">Preferred Qualifications</h2>
<ul data-start="627" data-end="692">
<li data-section-id="1mcgwv8" data-start="627" data-end="692">Previous experience working with <strong data-start="662" data-end="691">rack and pinion elevators</strong>.</li>
</ul>
<h2 data-section-id="18w7bso" data-start="992" data-end="1015">Key Responsibilities</h2>
<ul data-start="1017" data-end="1465">
<li data-section-id="4ss64k" data-start="1017" data-end="1070">Perform maintenance activities on elevator systems.</li>
<li data-section-id="11e9udm" data-start="1071" data-end="1161">Inspect elevator mechanical and electrical components as part of maintenance activities.</li>
<li data-section-id="1w2wj5b" data-start="1162" data-end="1226">Identify and troubleshoot issues affecting elevator operation.</li>
<li data-section-id="ghyk06" data-start="1227" data-end="1304">Support the maintenance of <strong data-start="1256" data-end="1285">rack and pinion elevators</strong>, where applicable.</li>
<li data-section-id="l6ul2e" data-start="1305" data-end="1402">Carry out maintenance activities in accordance with applicable technical and safety procedures.</li>
<li data-section-id="sx8vmy" data-start="1403" data-end="1465">Support the reliable and safe operation of elevator systems.</li>
