Job description
Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related engineering field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Active, industry-recognized professional security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, CISM, GSE, or equivalent).
• 10 years of experience in customer-facing roles (including presentations, keynotes, demos, etc.).
• 6 years of experience in cybersecurity technical pre-sales, management consulting, professional services, or security solution architecture.
• 5 years of experience developing and delivering narrative-focused technology demos, threat-modeling scenarios, or security briefings to executive audiences (CISO, CIO, CTO, board members).
Preferred qualifications:
• 10 years of experience in executive advisory, cyber-risk consulting, or senior security architect roles.
• Experience in architecture across modern SecOps, threat intelligence, SIEM/SOAR (e.g., Google SecOps), and incident response (e.g., Mandiant).
• Experience with Zero Trust Network Access, Secure Access Service Edge, and IAM infrastructure.
• Experience with cloud-native security tools, data protection, and major compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, SOC2).
• Experience using design thinking and hypothesis-driven frameworks to capture requirements, establish strategic goals, and translate technical security mechanics into business outcomes for executives.
• Experience leveraging Generative AI concepts (e.g., LLMs, security-specific AI models like Sec-PaLM, AI application security principles).

Responsibilities
• Act as the SCE strategic voice for Google Cloud's Secure AI Framework (SAIF) and Gemini. Guide customers in adopting generative AI and AI-driven tools—spanning SecOps, Threat Intelligence, Wiz, Zero Trust, SCC, and Mandiant—to revolutionize cyber defense.
• Build trusted relationships with enterprise CISOs, CROs, and risk officers. Navigate complex compliance, risk, and incident-response landscapes, positioning Google Cloud as the most secure cloud.
• Deliver immersive executive workshops, technology showcases, and strategic discovery sessions demonstrating defense-in-depth and modern security operations to C-suite decision-makers.
• Partner with Sales, Product, OCISO, Engineering, and Marketing to create scalable, field-relevant security assets, demos, and briefing methodologies.
• Mentor a global community of SCE strategists to deliver premium regional security offerings. Channel feedback to influence Google Cloud’s long-term security roadmap.
