• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1 year of experience in program or project management.
Preferred qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience planning/scheduling mission-critical facility maintenance, ability to develop strategic plans/forecasts, communication skills with internal/external parties, experience with third party CMMS programs, and excellent collaboration/problem-solving skills.
• Utilize comprehensive analytics from CMM data to assist the FM team in their decision-making efforts.

Responsibilities
• Manage the flow of all maintenance work orders by working with Data Center Operations teams and vendors, planning and scheduling resources for maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with facility management in developing and maintaining schedules and resource leveling using the site computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) program.
• Establish and maintain CMMS equipment files, parts inventory, equipment bill of materials, and Program Manager schedules.
• Manage CMMS and work management processes at the site level for daily data center operations.
• Collaborate with other site planners to implement global best practices that optimize maintenance programs.
