Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in a professional environments such as program management, business operations, or consulting.
Preferred qualifications:
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) or relevant advanced graduate degree.
• Experience in management consulting, business operations, or a generalist strategy role advising cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to use generative AI and automation to streamline workflows and improve operational velocity.
• Excellent structured problem-solving, communication, and storytelling skills, with demonstrated proficiency in creating executive-level presentations.

Within REWS, the Global Program Management (PgM) team serves as a trusted advisor, bringing clarity, focus, and structure to our highest-priority cross-functional initiatives. To support this mission, we created the REWS Launch team: a career development platform designed to build an agile talent layer across the organization. Operating as internal consultants and business operations specialists, Launch team members complete two 9-12 month rotations across various functional groups to develop a holistic view of the business and establish strong cross-functional connections. This team serves as a structured pathway for professionals ready to build operational breadth and gain business experience while navigating a wide range of disciplines across REWS and Google.
The Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) team creates inspiring spaces and innovative services that bring Google’s culture and values to life. We build and maintain all aspects of what keeps our Googley workspaces operating seamlessly across multiple cities and regions globally. We also manage the industry-leading services that help make Google a great place to work -- from how we design healthy and collaborative workspaces, create energizing food experiences, provide convenient transportation and fitness options, to delivering environments where Google and our employees can thrive.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $111000 - $159000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
• Act as an internal consultant to business leaders, simplifying complex solutions and translating strategic goals into actionable program roadmaps.
• Drive end-to-end execution of cross-functional business initiatives, from scoping to post-mortem, navigating shifting priorities to align global teams.
• Integrate AI-driven workflows, utilizing generative AI and automation to enhance operational velocity.
• Assess and optimize team processes, implementing scalable solutions to solve systemic organizational challenges globally.
• Apply a structured approach to complex problem-solving, rapidly mastering new subject areas as business priorities evolve.
