Job description

Support the development and consolidation of a corporate Quality Management System (QMS) and Quality Manual across multiple sites and departments. ensuring the organization is prepared to support applicable certification and audit requirements, including ISO/SAE 21434 / UNECE R155-related requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Assess and consolidate existing QMS practices across sites and functions.
• Structure and support the development of the corporate Quality Manual.
• Define documentation governance, templates and common ways of working.
• Facilitate workshops across Manufacturing, Engineering, Sourcing and IT to clarify processes, responsibilities and cross-functional interfaces.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Cybersecurity experts to ensure applicable requirements are adequately addressed.
Qualifications
• Hands-on experience developing or implementing Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Experience developing Quality Manuals, processes, procedures and governance frameworks.
• Experience performing QMS gap assessments and preparing organizations for audits/certifications.
• Experience working in complex, multi-site and cross-functional organizations.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to independently structure fragmented processes and documentation into a coherent management system.
Strong Assets
• Automotive or manufacturing industry experience.
• ASPICE knowledge or implementation experience.
• ISO/SAE 21434 / UNECE R155 knowledge.
• ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 or similar QMS standards.
