About the job
Google's known for our innovative technologies, products and services -- and for the people behind them. As part of our recruiting team, you're charged with finding the most interesting candidates who bring an entrepreneurial spirit to all they do. You're responsible for guiding candidates through our hiring process and connecting them to the magic of working at Google. You are creative and driven, which allows you to develop lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. You're also comfortable with numbers and drawing insights from analytics to make our hiring process smarter and more efficient.
As part of the APAC Talent Engagement team, the Programs Hiring team is responsible for developing and executing recruiting strategies to support programs (including Campus and gReach) that are critical to meeting key market priorities, through collaboration with global and in-region teams.
As a Programs Hiring Recruiter, you will manage delivery across regional early career initiatives and specialized programs aligned to market priorities. In this role, you will lead full-lifecycle recruitment, optimize programmatic workstreams, and partner closely with product area recruiting teams and business leaders to build robust pipelines and drive conversion across key markets.
Great just isn't good enough for our People Operations team (known elsewhere as "Human Resources"). We bring the world's most innovative people to Google and provide the programs that help them thrive. Whether recruiting the next Googler, refining our core programs, developing talent, or simply looking for ways to inject some more fun into the lives of our Googlers, we bring a data-driven approach that is reinventing the human resources field.
Responsibilities
• Source, assess, and hire high-caliber talent in competitive talent markets to meet regional demand across key programs, including gReach, traineeship, intern, and new graduate cohorts.
• Deliver a seamless, transparent, and high-touch applicant journey from initial application and assessment through to offer extension and onboarding.
• Manage and execute core programmatic pillars for respective early career cohorts, ensuring operational accuracy, consistent engagement touchpoints, and host readiness.
• Partner cross-functionally to design data-driven sourcing strategies and targeted outreach campaigns, establishing sustainable, diverse talent pipelines aligned with local market priorities.
• Collaborate closely with product area recruiting leads, business stakeholders and cross-regional partners to align on demand planning, streamline evaluation frameworks, and drive full-funnel conversion.
