Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
Preferred qualifications:
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate, build trusting relations, and influence without direct authority.
• Proven track record of data analysis and synthesis to draw conclusions, generate solutions and develop actionable business plans.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a talent for distilling complex, undefined issues into clear, actionable problem statements.
About the job
The Product Go To Market (pGTM) team drives the regional success of Google’s advertising solutions across EMEA. We serve as the bridge between global product development and regional sales execution, designing the operating models, promotional strategies, and operational frameworks that enable our teams to win. By fostering deep cross-functional alignment, partnering with Product, Marketing, Technical teams, and Sales leadership, we translate complex product roadmaps into actionable market narratives and drive business growth.The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
Responsibilities
• Steer the EMEA go to market strategy for Google Data and Measurement product activation priorities, including Google Analytics and Data Strength. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Google Product Leads, Product Management, Marketing, gTech and Sales to ensure the success of regional strategy. • Partner with Regional Product Leads to identify cross-product opportunities and co-develop unified sales activation strategies.
• Empower a network of Sales advocates to address local market nuances and solve specific regional needs, including advocating for product improvements.
• Act as a prominent Google by delivering thought leadership and representing our measurement solutions at key external events.
