We are a family-owned business since 2013, providing exceptional childcare for children aged 3 months to 5 years. Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Room Leader. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment for toddlers. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and leading age-appropriate activities, supporting children's learning and development, monitoring progress and providing personal care. The role also involves working collaboratively with families and colleagues to meet the unique needs of every child and fostering an inclusive, positive and engaging atmosphere within the nursery.
Qualifications
• Experience in planning and implementing educational and creative activities for early years children
• Experience in leading a team and encouraging teamwork and co-operation
• Strong understanding of child development milestones and age-appropriate practices
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with families and colleagues
• Ability to ensure a safe and hygienic environment, with a commitment to safeguarding policies
• Level 3 childcare qualification, or equivalent (required)
• First aid certification and knowledge of early years regulatory requirements (preferred)
• Passion for nurturing children's growth, independence, and learning in a diverse and inclusive environment
