Datadogのセールスエンジニアは、営業チームと連携し、お客様やパートナー企業に対する商談機会の見極めから契約締結までを技術面から支援します。セールスプレゼンテーションや製品デモ、技術評価（POC）の支援を通じて、専門的な知見を提供していただきます。
また、お客様、競合他社、パートナー企業から寄せられるフィードバックをプロダクトチームへ共有し、製品機能の優先順位の検討にも携わります。さらに、社内のさまざまなチームと連携してお客様の課題解決を支援し、不具合のエスカレーションを行うとともに、Datadogブランドを体現する存在としてご活躍いただきます。

<ul>
<li>営業およびカスタマーサクセスチームと連携し、Datadogが提供する総合的な価値、ビジョン、戦略をお客様にわかりやすく説明する</li>
<li>新しいテクノロジーを継続的に学び、競合に関する知識、技術力、専門家としての信頼性を高める</li>
<li>幅広い見込み顧客および既存顧客に対し、製品および技術に関するプレゼンテーションを実施する</li>
<li>プロダクトチームと直接コミュニケーションを取り、お客様からの機能要望について連携する</li>
<li>お客様による製品の検証、導入およびオンボーディングを支援し、課題や障壁が生じた際の解決をサポートする</li>
<li>お客様のライフサイクル全体で発生する多様な技術課題に対し、創造的な発想で解決を支援する</li>
</ul>
<h3>応募資格</h3>
<ul>
<li>セールスエンジニアまたはソリューションエンジニアとして2年以上の経験があり、あわせてDevOps／SREまたはプラットフォームエンジニアリングに関する経験をお持ちの方</li>
<li>DevOpsモニタリング、クラウドアーキテクチャ関連ツール、モダンなWeb開発に関する知識および実務経験をお持ちの方</li>
<li>日本国内のお客様と直接コミュニケーションを取るため、書面・会話ともにネイティブレベルの日本語能力をお持ちの方</li>
<li>スピード感のある環境で、規模や複雑さの異なる多数の案件を同時に進めた経験をお持ちの方</li>
<li>周囲と連携し、チームで協力して仕事を進めることを楽しめる方</li>
<li>技術プレゼンテーションや製品デモを自信を持って実施できる方</li>
<li>日々新たに生じるさまざまな課題に対し、柔軟かつ創造的に考えられる方</li>
<li>ハイブリッドなオフィスカルチャーに共感し、東京オフィスで対面によるコラボレーションを楽しめる方</li>
<li>業務時間の最大25％程度の出張に対応できる方</li>
