<p><span data-contrast="none">Oracle Cloud System Expertise</span> <br><span data-contrast="none">• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle Cloud Financials (e.g., GL, AP, AR, FA, Projects, ARCS, EPM)</span> <br><span data-contrast="none">• Support and enhance system functionality to unlock improved business outcomes</span> <br><span data-contrast="none">• Troubleshoot issues, optimize configurations, and collaborate with IT, system administrators, and system implementor</span> <br><span data-contrast="none">• Maintain and improve system documentation, controls, and workflows</span> <br><span data-contrast="none">Process Automation & Continuous Improvement</span> <br><span data-contrast="none">• Identify opportunities to automate manual accounting processes using Oracle Cloud tools (e.g., agentic AI, dashboards, rules, integrations)</span> <br><span data-contrast="none">• Design and implement scalable, efficient processes to reduce cycle time and minimize errors</span> <br><span data-contrast="none">• Drive standardization and best practices across accounting operations</span> <br><span data-contrast="none">• Partner cross-functionally to streamline data flows and reporting</span> <br><span data-contrast="none">Project & Transformation Support</span> <br><span data-contrast="none">• Support system implementation, upgrades, or enhancement projects</span> <br><span data-contrast="none">• Assist with data validation, testing (UAT), and process redesign during system changes</span> <br><span data-contrast="none">• Provide training and guidance to team members on new tools and processes</span> <br><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":259}"> </span></p>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="none">Qualifications Required</span></strong> <br><span data-contrast="none">• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field</span> <br><span data-contrast="none">• 4–8+ years of progressive accounting experience</span> <br><span data-contrast="none">• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Financials (Fusion)</span> <br><span data-contrast="none">• Direct involvement in an ERP migration to a cloud-based Oracle system</span> <br><span data-contrast="none">• Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS)</span> <br><span data-contrast="none">• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis tools</span> <br><span data-contrast="none">Preferred</span> <br><span data-contrast="none">• Experience with system integrations, reporting tools (e.g., Smart View, FDI, and BI Tools), or automation tools (Alteryx)</span> <br><span data-contrast="none">• Background in process improvement methodologies</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":259}"> </span></p>
