Job description

Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function.
• Experience executing full-cycle FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling within a multinational company setting.
• Experience in data extraction and manipulation using SQL (e.g., joins, window functions, database integration).
Preferred qualifications:
• 8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, strategic finance, business intelligence, or analytical consulting
• Demonstrable experience working in the digital advertising industry & knowledge of Google's advertising products (In particular YouTube)
• Experience in transforming data analyses via AI & LLM tools (e.g. Domo, Gemini CLI, Colab etc.).
• Ability to work with data to produce analysis, influencing decision making with numerical analysis and generating insights.

Global Business Organization (GBO) Finance leaders ensure Google makes sound business decisions. We are hiring a Senior Finance Analyst to lead the strategic agenda for YouTube+ Ads within the EMEA Large Customer Sales (LCS) business—high-visibility growth engine.
As a Senior Financial Analyst for YouTube+, you will partner with Leaders in Go-to-Market (GTM) and LCS Leadership to drive the growth and strategy of our YouTube+ business. In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor, bridging the gap between finance, commercial structure, and sales partnerships. You will lead investigative assessments of business performance across YouTube+ for EMEA LCS, providing the operational clarity needed to optimize Google's investments.
You are an AI-Pioneer, who is highly investigative, with a knack for identifying trends and growth drivers in complex, multi-dimensional datasets. You will be comfortable with ambiguity and can synthesize sophisticated financial analyses into crisp, executive-ready insights and presentations. By building strong, collaborative relationships across regional and global teams, you will help align stakeholders and drive execution on strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities
• Own the end-to-end investigative framework for YouTube+, developing strategic insights to steer the EMEA LCS business.
• Build, scale, and maintain standardized driver frameworks, performance models, and customer-level analyses to surface actionable growth opportunities.
• Structure and communicate complex, ambiguous business performance issues to advise and challenge EMEA LCS leadership.
• Lead performance deep dives and executive updates, synthesizing massive datasets into brief, actionable narratives.
• Leverage AI finance tools to design and deploy AI-augmented agents that automate the interpretation of complex insights and transform decision-making.
Design investigative innovations with a global-first mindset, building collaborative networks across GBO Finance, Product Finance, and go-to-market (GTM) to drive alignment and maintain data integrity.
