Senior Implementation and Support Analyst - Screening SME

Why this role is important to us
The Screening team plays a critical role in helping our customers manage financial crime risk and meet regulatory obligations. As a Senior Implementation and Support Analyst, you will be a subject matter expert, supporting the successful implementation, optimisation and ongoing use of our Screening solutions. You will work with customers and offshore teams, driving operational excellence, influence product development and deliver outstanding customer outcomes through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
This is a hybrid role based in our London or Jersey office.
Work that matters – What you'll do
• Lead and help implement Screening solutions, ensuring successful customer onboarding, adoption and transition into business-as-usual support.
• Act as a Screening Subject Matter Expert, providing expertise on Sanctions, PEP and Watchlist data management.
• Partner with offshore operational and support teams, ensuring knowledge transfer, understanding and service delivery.
• Manage and resolve customer support cases across all severity levels and act as Incident Manager for issues.
• Identify and implement process improvements, driving efficiencies across systems and delivery activities.
Qualifications
What you'll need to bring to the role & Experian
• Expertise within Screening, Financial Crime, KYC or Compliance environments.
• Experience independently owning and deliver implementations, customer engagements and complex operational activities.
• Background working with and supporting offshore teams, including knowledge transfer, service management and collaboration.
• Experience with technology sanctions screening, PEPs, watchlists and customer due diligence processes.
• Excellent partner management, and project management, with the ability to manage customer escalations and lead resolution.
