Location: India & GCC Countries. Years of Experience: 8–10+ years of relevant experience. Working Arrangement: on-site. Language Requirements: Fluency in English (written and spoken). Nationalities: Indian. 

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Specialist – Process Equipment with a strong track record in selling process equipment, packaged systems, and industrial services to major Indian EPC contractors executing large-scale Oil & Gas and industrial projects across the GCC.
The role will focus on developing opportunities with EPC contractors, engaging engineering, procurement, and project teams, and managing sales opportunities from early project stages through RFQ, negotiation, and final award.
<h2>Key Requirements</h2>
<ul data-spread="false">
<li>8–10+ years of relevant experience.</li>
<li>Proven experience selling process equipment.</li>
<li>Strong experience selling to major Indian EPC contractors executing Oil & Gas and industrial projects in the GCC.</li>
<li>Established relationships with leading Indian EPC contractors.</li>
<li>Experience dealing directly with EPC engineering, procurement, and project teams.</li>
<li>Experience following projects throughout the sales cycle, from FEED / early engineering through RFQ, negotiation, and award.</li>
<li>Good knowledge of major GCC Oil & Gas clients and projects.</li>
<li>Willingness and ability to travel frequently between India and the GCC.</li>
</ul>

<li>Develop and manage sales opportunities for process equipment, packaged systems, and industrial services.</li>
<li>Build and maintain relationships with major Indian EPC contractors executing projects across the GCC.</li>
<li>Engage with EPC engineering, procurement, and project teams to identify upcoming requirements and opportunities.</li>
<li>Identify potential projects and sales opportunities at the FEED and early engineering stages.</li>
<li>Follow opportunities throughout the complete sales cycle, including early engineering, RFQ, negotiation, and final award.</li>
<li>Develop opportunities with existing and prospective EPC contractor relationships.</li>
<li>Work to convert identified opportunities into substantial orders.</li>
<li>Maintain awareness of major Oil & Gas and industrial projects across the GCC.</li>
<li>Maintain knowledge of key GCC Oil & Gas clients and relevant project developments.</li>
<li>Travel between India and GCC markets as required to support customer engagement and sales activities.</li>
