• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 5 years of full-stack development, primarily focused on the front-end.
• 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
• 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
• 2 years of experience using Generative AI.
• Experience working on Business Intelligence and Conversational Experiences.

Our mission is to democratize data exploration. We believe that generating complex insights should be as easy as asking a simple question.
To achieve this, we are integrating AI directly into the Looker experience. We are moving beyond static dashboards to create a smart, dynamic, and frictionless environment that actively helps users understand their data.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $207000 - $300000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
• Provide technical and strategic guidance to a team of skilled engineers, encouraging innovation and ensuring successful project delivery.
• Establish and maintain connections with the partner leadership team, serving as the primary contact for team deliverables. Partner closely with stakeholders to align priorities, gather requirements, and meet business objectives.
• Uphold Google's standards by focusing on reliability, security, and operational efficiency within large-scale distributed systems.
• Cultivate an environment that values unique perspectives and empowers every team member to contribute authentically.
