Staff Customer and Partner Solutions Engineer, gTech
Job description

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).
• 8 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
• Experience working with distributed systems.
Preferred qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 9 years of experience in an analytical role such as business intelligence, data analytics, or statistics.
• 9 years of experience working with customer-side web technologies (e.g., HTTP, HTML, JavaScript, XML, TypeScript) and database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
• 9 years of experience with cloud technologies, such as architecting, developing, or maintaining cloud solutions in virtualized environments.
• 9 years of experience using Machine Learning and building solutions.
• 9 years of experience working with systems (e.g., Linux, Unix).

US: $183000 - $265000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
• Develop solutions as a leader, providing consulting services to our partners, building lasting relationships, and being aware of the client's needs.
• Guide partners in their day-to-day challenges by being the subject matter expert, delivering innovative and scalable solutions, and troubleshooting their technical issues.
• Drive efforts to propose, design, create, and present prototypes, demos, and proofs-of-concept to a wide variety of audiences, from engineers to marketing professionals.
• Oversee efforts to perform implementation reviews and advocate for product features, and provide partner feedback to internal cross-functional teams.
• Serve as a leader in delivering business intelligence and leveraging internal and external data sources to provide data insights to drive decision-making.
