Remote location(s): Poland. Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, and with data structures and algorithms.
• 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
Preferred qualifications:
• Experience building large-scale distributed systems.
• Experience leveraging Gen AI and ML to enhance customer experiences.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud, or related cloud platforms.
• Proven track record of iteratively delivering large-scale solutions with accelerated timelines.
• Strong track record of mentorship.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
• Provide technical leadership across the wider organization working on agents' lifecycle management.
• Drive expanded product usage and adoption through technological solutions motivated by Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML).
• Develop technology strategy and phased plans to drive product improvements or process simplifications.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders across Cloud AI and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to drive alignment and deliver customer value.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and ML, to improve usability of our products and user experiences.
