<h3><strong>About the team</strong></h3>
<p>The Global GTM Operations team is responsible for overall productivity and effectiveness of the GTM organization, partnering closely with the sales team and teams across Stripe to drive initiatives. &nbsp;This role will partner directly with the head of the global Solution Architecture, whose team is responsible for pre-sales technical assessment and technical validation of Users in partnership with Sales. This role will be expected to drive the rhythm of business, data insights / reporting, strategic initiatives, annual planning and execution. We advance the sales policies, processes and tools to drive revenue and growth.&nbsp;</p>
<p><br>This is an incredible opportunity that plays an integral role in shaping and executing GTM strategies with Sales leaders. &nbsp;Responsibilities include go-to-market design, resource planning, territory alignment and quotas management, sales process optimization, and business analytics. You will also partner with key cross-functional stakeholders, including Finance &amp; Strategy, adjacent Sales Operations teams, Global Systems &amp; Processes, and the Strategy Planning and Insights team to streamline and optimize our internal processes and deliverables (monthly business reviews, weekly forecasting calls, target setting and planning). We are looking for a self-starter who is passionate about their work, detail oriented, analytical and has demonstrated success dealing with ambiguity in a high-growth environment, and solving problems with limited oversight.</p>
<h2><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h2>
<p>The Solution Architecture team is growing rapidly and is in need of a strong strategy and ops business partner that can help scale the operations and drive strategy of the team. This entails a focus on operational projects (process design, business cadences, systems work) and everything related to planning and running their business, including: org design and planning, sales coverage models, setting SOKRs, measuring and providing insights on performance, and process improvement.&nbsp; In addition to engaging with the Solutions Architecture team, you will also be collaborating with numerous cross-functional stakeholders from across the globe.</p>
<h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with Solution Architecture leadership and cross-functional stakeholders in developing go-to market strategy, resource plan and key performance metrics.</li>
<li>Create and manage operational processes such as territory planning, quota setting, quarterly compensation.</li>
<li>Work cross-functionally to investigate and conduct analysis on system and operational issues</li>
<li>Develop and execute initiatives designed to optimize team efficiency and productivity</li>
<li>Drive rhythm of business (weekly business reviews, monthly / quarterly business reviews) with strong operational rigor.</li>
<li>Provide insights on key performance metrics and priorities (e.g. weekly, monthly, quarterly business reviews), identify key roadblocks to progress, and work efficiently to remove them</li>
<li>Provide business analytic strength to help drive initiatives critical to ongoing growth and provide key insights for business leadership to support strategic decision-making</li>
<li>Drive critical projects and initiatives and drive alignment with cross-functional teams across the organization by developing detailed project plans with activity based milestones</li>
<li>Oversee implementation of enabling systems and tools, working closely with internal systems teams</li>
</ul>

<h3><strong>Minimum requirements</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>8+ years of sales strategy and operations experience in a high-tech growth environment, or operational experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, venture capital, or business insights / analytics roles. Knowledge of sales data such as customer accounts, opportunities and revenue. 11+ years of total work experience.</li>
<li>Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g. Finance, Business, Engineering, Mathematics)</li>
<li>Strong business acumen and ​​distinctive problem solving and analysis skills. Ability to solve complex and diverse business problems (commercial, operational, organizational).</li>
<li>Exceptional analytical skills and a structured approach to solving unique business problems</li>
<li>Advanced SQL and Excel skills to include experience financial modelling</li>
<li>Experience working with large data sets, especially in analyzing large imperfect data sets to solve problems and creating scalable reports and dashboards or ad-hoc analysis</li>
<li>Stakeholder management experience - with strong communication and influencing skills.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Self-starter and comfortable dealing with ambiguity.</li>
<li>Communicate clearly, proactively, and concisely</li>
<li>Works well under pressure, with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced and frequently changing environment</li>

</ul>
<h3><strong>Preferred qualifications</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>MBA or higher degree in an analytical field</li>
<li>Prior experience at a growth stage Internet/software company or FinTech</li>
<li>Proficiency in BI visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)</li>
<li>Experience in Salesforce.com as a user and report developer</li>
<li>2+ years of people management experience</li>
