We’re looking for a contract Talent Coordinator to support hiring across our Los Angeles Market. You’ll own scheduling, candidate communication, and process coordination—partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and operations teams to ensure a fast, organized, and seamless hiring experience.
What You’ll Do
<ul>
<li>Coordinate and schedule interviews across hourly roles.</li>
<li>Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely and professional follow-up</li>
<li>Provide onsite support for hiring events</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in ATS (Greenhouse)</li>
<li>Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to resolve scheduling conflicts and keep processes moving</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and overall candidate experience</li>
<li>Support and refine workflows within the Talent Acquisition function</li>
</ul>
What We’re Looking For
<ul>
<li>1–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, customer service, or administrative support</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)</li>
<li>Proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership</li>
<li>Comfortable working cross-functionally with recruiters, hiring managers, and operations teams</li>
<li>Experience with Google Suite, Slack, and ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred)</li>
<li>Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion</li>
<li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus</li>
