About the job
A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. As a Technical Program Manager on the Capacity and Constraints Management (CAPCOM) Design team, you will separately manage the full lifecycle of regional physical server hall layout and infrastructure integration programs across Google's data centers. Working across Data Center Facility Engineering, Construction, Network Architecture, CAD/BIM Spatial Modeling, Supply Chain, and AI/ML New Product Introduction (NPI) teams, you will translate high-density compute, liquid cooling, power distribution, structural, and optical network fabric requirements into production-ready server hall rack layouts, manage in-flight design changes, and apply AI-enabled automation to accelerate regional capacity delivery. The Data Center team designs and operates some of the most sophisticated electrical and HVAC systems in the world. We are an upbeat, creative, team-oriented group of engineers committed to building and operating powerful data centers.Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
