Telesales Executive – Leicestershire – Up to 32,000 per year + Commission & great benefits

We have an excellent opportunity for a motivated Telesales Sales Specialist to join our client, a leader in the agricultural industry. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving sales growth for a diverse range of feed products by working closely with field-based account managers. Based in a dynamic sales environment, you will use your expertise to identify cross-selling opportunities, generate leads, and build strong relationships with farmers across the region. Role:

• Drive sales of palletized products and the full range of feed solutions through telephone-based sales.
• Collaborate closely with field-based account managers to identify cross-selling opportunities and develop business within assigned territories.
• Generate and follow up on leads for various product categories, including straights, blends, seeds, additives, and calf milk replacer.
• Advise farmers on product selection, ensuring optimal solutions for their livestock operations.
• Execute sales campaigns in coordination with Product Managers to maximize sales growth.
• Accurately log all customer interactions and activities in the CRM system (C4C).

Skills/Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the animal feed industry.
• Highly motivated and results-driven with strong sales and closing skills.
• Excellent communication abilities and customer focus.
• Proficient in CRM systems; C4C experience is essential.
• “Go to market” attitude with a proactive approach to business development.
• Higher education level preferred (Degree, BTEC, etc.).
