<ul>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Serve as the client-facing Integration Lead for a Workday ERP implementation supporting the transition from PeopleSoft to Workday.</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Lead the integration workstream, including discovery, planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and issue resolution.</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Serve as the primary point of contact for the client and project leadership on integration activities, priorities, risks, and dependencies.</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Lead and provide technical direction to integration developers while remaining hands-on in integration design, development, testing, and troubleshooting.</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Facilitate client integration discovery and design sessions and translate business and technical requirements into scalable Workday integration solutions.</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ensure integration deliverables meet established timelines, quality standards, and project requirements.</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Manage integration scope and client expectations throughout the implementation.</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with client stakeholders, functional leads, technical teams, third-party vendors, and the system integrator to successfully deliver shared objectives.</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Identify and escalate risks and issues in a timely manner and develop alternative technical or functional approaches when necessary.</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Review integration designs and deliverables to ensure consistency, quality, security, and alignment with established standards.</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Identify opportunities to improve integration methods, processes, and reusable solutions based on project experience.</li>
</ul>
 
Required Qualifications
<ul>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">8+ years of integration consulting or implementation experience, most recently as an Integration Lead or similar capacity.</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated experience leading the integration workstream for a Workday implementation.</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Hands-on experience with Workday integration technologies, including EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and Cloud Connect.</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience leading and providing technical direction to integration developers.</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and client expectations.</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong client-facing skills with the ability to lead discovery sessions, communicate technical concepts clearly, and build trust with project stakeholders.</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated follow-through on assignments, deliverables, and issue resolution.</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to produce high-quality deliverables requiring limited refinement or oversight.</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.</li>
</ul>
 
Preferred Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Workday integration certification.</li>
<li>Experience supporting Workday HCM and Financials implementations.</li>
<li>Experience with higher education ERP implementations.</li>
<li>Experience supporting a PeopleSoft-to-Workday transformation.</li>
</ul>
